Different Types of Accounts

If you’re looking to establish a trading account under one name only, this is the Royal account for you.
Choose the joint trading account option when you want to open an account with someone else.

Trading Account FAQs
Over the years, our traders have asked us a series of questions relating to the trading accounts we offer. We’ve compiled the best and most frequently asked questions and added them here for you.
We provide a whole host of different funding options, from credit and debit card and bank wires to eWallets such as Skrill and Neteller. Funding your account is easy and you do it from within Trader’s Corner, your personal client portal.
During the registration process, we ask you for your proof of address as well as a copy of your passport or ID. Uploading these documents is easily done from within Trader’s Corner and it’s part of the registration process too. Our friendly Customer Care Team is always on hand to assist you if you need any help and you can chat with them directly from within Trader’s Corner
Simply click on any of the Register buttons you see on the site. From there, you’ll be taken to the registration page and will then be asked to finalise your registration within Trader’s Corner. The entire process doesn’t take longer than 10 minutes, plus you’ll be asked to upload certain documents such as a picture of your passport or ID as well as a recent utility bills so that we can verify your address.

With our ZERO trading account, you’re never charged any commission. When it comes to our CORE trading account, we provide our traders with raw spreads, which means that the pricing is super-low. Take a look at the world’s most traded instrument, EUR/USD. Spreads start at 0.0 pips!
Yes, we do, but when you take into account the super-low spreads that come along with this account, you see that the commission we’re charging is very low and ultra-competitive too.
When we say we charge ‘per RT’ or ‘per Round Turn’, we’re referring to the trader opening and closing the trade.
If you’ve never traded before and even if you’re really confident in your abilities, we still recommend you going with our Demo trading account option. Why? Because you’ll get to see what a real trading environment is like, plus your personal Account Manager will help you get started and will show you the ropes.
If you’ve traded on a demo account and are now ready to make the move into live trading, we again advise you to speak to your Account Manager and let them know what your circumstances and educational levels are. Just like any investment, trading is risky and we don’t want you falling short. At the end of the day, we want you to grow with us and be a successful trader.
When it comes to us providing you with the spreads (the difference between the Bid and the Ask), we add a small markup on our ZERO account. When it comes to our CORE account, we give you the spread as we get it, without any additional markups whatsoever. This means we’re handing you the spreads at the same cost we get them.
